Our Story
Where it all Began
Every meaningful movement begins with a simple idea.
For Oladele Inspires Youth & Women Initiatives, that idea was born in 2019.
Our founder, Olaniyan Oladele Afeez, understood from personal experience that practical skills can completely change a person’s future.
While education builds knowledge, skills build confidence, independence, and opportunities.
This realization inspired a vision.
A vision where teenagers, youth and women gain FREE access to practical training regardless of their background.
After years of minimal community engagement, and refining that vision, Oladele Inspires officially became a nonprofit initiative in 2025.
Today, we continue to inspire purpose while empowering individuals with skills that prepare them for tomorrow.
